Have your site location, contact details and maintenance reference ready if available. Include the generator model and the warning code or symptom you have observed, only if you can obtain this information safely.
Can I ask for support without a maintenance plan?
Yes. Choose “New customer — no existing JMG maintenance plan” if you are new to JMG, or the existing-customer option if you already use JMG without a plan. The team will assess your request and discuss the next steps and any quotation.
Does submitting this form confirm a call-out?
No. JMG must confirm the service arrangements and any costs. If you have a maintenance agreement, use the escalation arrangements stated in it.
